weapons designing help?

i have been designing weapons that does not exist YET but can be made and I need help designing weapons could anyone help me like helping me design it
i need people like a 3D imager
a person who understand like gun mechanics or a chemist
NOTE:THIS IS NOT INTENDED FOR TERRORISM ACTIVITIES OR ANYTHING RELATED I AM HOPING THIS COULD HELP US IN WAR OR DEFENSE OURSELF
