Ok. I run down my shoes from the outside. I did a test with paper and water that of stepping with wet foot over a paper... it shoes its a normal arch but my shoes says underpronation. Then I get weak ankles from since six years ago I got a mild ankle sprain, not knowing what it was I really force it to the level it hurt when stepping with it... two years both ankles hurt from I really don´t know how... So now I´m doing ¨steps¨ in a gym and my ankles kind of seems sore. Since I do so ankle heat exercises... well sometimes I don´t but i just guess my to much flat tennis shoes are not the correct ones to use. Any advice or what so ever about my new tenis shoes to buy in future?
