We were just stationed at Fort Hood new army wife how do I make friends?

this is my husbands first duty station we are living on Post. I have never been without my family,so kinda scared we have 2 boys 7&8 and I am 29 weeks pregnant with our 3rd child (last one). I don't know much about the Army and I don't know how to be a Army Wife what there like. Any advise would be helpful.
