I've known this guy for 6 years we were friendly the entire time. Just recently on his accord we became intimate. We spent the weekend together and everything was wonderful, no glitches. We live in different states so when I got back home we spoke but not about the nature of our relationship. For Valentine's Day he texted me and I replied "I hope you're thinking of me" to which he replied" You know I am". Ok so I call him the next day and he answers and tells me that he is having lunch with some family members and that he will call back. To no avail he does not. Now we are both late twenties and professionals. I honestly expected better from him because we were friends for so long before becoming intimate. Now what? Am I over-reacting? Or is the simple truth that "He's just not that into me?" Mature answered appreciated
Matters of the heart are never simple. Yes, he brought up seeing eachother because I never would. He is the man and for me must initiate contact and that is only my opinion. Remember we were friends first! I just want to know...now what?
