live in the house? the plans have changed and the tenet will stay in the house so we want to stay in are other house can we refinance again even though we just got the loan? Even though were going to loose money closing twice and the payment will be higher, is this an option? I don't want to fraud the bank what can we do?
If we tell them what will happen to the loan? This was a refinance on the free and clear home we have.
We have 2 homes on the same block a house apart the one we refinanced was are rental we planned to move into it because the payment would be the lowest of the two and our kids would stay with room mates in the larger one (valued the most with the highest payment) but that fell apart before it happened but not before we obtained the loan. Are only reason to refinance is to make it a rental not primary residence so we are not obligated to live there a year, we made a mistake and want to correct it. Should we refi to a new bank or go to the current bank and tell them? will the interest rate be raised? if so what else can they do? and would it be better to go and start fresh? also If we are refinance to get out of the loan they cant call it fraud right?
