I think what he mean's is block him so he doesn't comeback. Which will be hard as from what i understand he's getting a new IP everytime. Eventually he'll give up (and he'll run out of IP's to use!) but it seems quiet now. Gosh. Gotta love the 12 year olRAB that think they know everything about Cricket.
