We need a lawyer to represent us but nobody will help!?

My husband got sick on the job but the place he works for put him on leave without pay and said it is not a workers comp issue. We CAN prove it is if we had the money to pay for the tests that the insurance company is denying. We can get the funding for the tests but we need a lawyer but nobody wants to take the case... PLEASE HELP!
