They charge everyone the same whether there is 1 person in a home or a family of 6. Obviously the 6 people would use way more than 1 person but everyone pays the same. They put in new meters but they don't read the meters, there isn't any meter reading on the bill at all. The water bill comes from the mobile home park and not from the water department. Is this legal to do this.
