We are in Indiana. Umm? I made one call to the DNR or something and they said they'd call me back? They didn't seem too concerned so I don't think I should be? It's January and I don't know what these birds do. I guess he could live here, but it would have to get along with my dogs. Uhhh, should I go make friends and set up a warm spot for it?
