We have 4 computers and two routers. How do I set up a network?

The desktop near the hub is XP. A PC and laptop, both on XP, are linked well with each other through a branch router, but not to the one at the hub. Another laptop is Vista, it's plugged into the hub but can't see anything else. Everything is ethernet cable, no wireless setup currently. What's missing?
