My husband had a baby with a crazy girl. She is physco really. His mother has decided to hate me and become best friends with his ex girlfriend (mother of his child) She keeps putting me and my husband down in front of his son and telling the ex how to handle us. Tonight it was a BIG fight between my hubby and his ex. She came picked up his son and now we are not sure what is going on, we are not sure if we are going back to court order visits which is every weekend or the way we worked it out which is everyother week. The Big fight happened because my Step son has been VERY rotten lately to the point of hitting me and trying to cause fights. Even after going to boot camp the problems have not stopped. So we took all his extras away. Like toys and Tv. Hubby's ex says we have to give it all back. We say he has to earn it back. So she got mad and decided that he wasn't going to stay the week with us. So we had to pull him from bed get him dressed and she came and got him. Now my husband wants to file a restraining order on his mother so she can no longer see his son. Because he feels like it is her mouth that has caused a lot of this fighting. I hate my mother in law because of what she did to me. (another long story) but should we really file a restraining order to keep her from my step son. She is not causing physical harm just emotional which I know is bad. BUT is it worth strating a war?
