Grandson is 11. It says he needs to create a profile. Then it says No memory card or usb. bought that and he still cannot create his profile. Did he set something up wrong? 250 gb limited edition with Halo. Each time he plays a game he has to start from the beginning. Help this Grandmother please. I have written to xbox360 website, but they have not contacted us.
