...give how to? 2yrs before i bought a compaq laptop frm a famous company in chennai ....they told a digi-camera is free for that and camera worth is about 20000 but they told us to to a pay 2000 we paid and we got a bill for that also but still i didn't receive the camera can i apply that in consumer court......then how?
