refi as primary residence? but the plan we had of leaving the kids in the old house with room mates is not going to work out and the tenet we had in the rental we just refinanced is not gone yet. The houses are 1 house away from each other on the same block. What do we do? Do we tell the lender that are intentions to move in the rental will not happen because now we have to many people to move there. what will happen? What do w do?
