I had a bloodwork done on october 5-th for my headaches and another bloodwork for some abdominal/under rib pain on deceraber 8-th, and I just got the copies and I was comparing them. In october the WBC was 4.99 ( reference range 4.00-11.00K/mikrol ) and in deceraber the WBC was 8.1 ( reference range 4.5-10.5 10^3/ul ). There are not the same reference ranges maybe ? that's why the big difference ? or should I be worried ?

Your WBC (white blood count) are both within the healthy range. Anything above 10 is typically a sign of some type of infection. Your wbc will change constantly because you are making white blood cells daily which is the reason a high white blood count tells a doctor that your body is trying to fight something because it is working extra hard producing extra immune fighting white blood cells. If you had another test today, it would again show a different nuraber. As long as the nurabers stay within the range, you are fine.
