Ways to modify a car?

Hey,
I was wondering about a few saftey ( and personal) things that i could add on a car, and what the cost would be. Plus where i could get it.

1. a frame that, if you rolled over, wouldn't bend or imploud on you
2. wheels that, if you popped one, would still be able to be riddin on
3. an engine that would have great fuel economy, but if i wanted to would be able to accelerate up to high speeds.

Please tell me what i would have to do to get these things done to my car, and what the cost would be.

roll cages depend b/c they're custom to every car you should look at a "roll bar" if you really want one but don't necessarily need it.

fusion ZRI are some nice run-flat tires-tirerack.com

for the engine get a honda dohc B series engine b/c they got VTEC wich was designed to get the most power w/o sacrificing fuel economy. you really want to save gas get a sohc D series honda.
