--->Every time i use the headphones on my PC (WinXP) , the sound volume is lower comparing to the PC speakers i plug in.

Go into your computer's control panel, and find the audio icon. See if it allows you to set your 'audio out' for headphones. Go to the master volume control and set it to full volume. If that isn't loud enough, you may have to go with some powered headphones. Do your computer speakers have a headphone jack? Some do, and that would be louder than the headphone jack on your PC.
