Ways to get custom songs into GH3PC with something other than Songlist Editor or GH3

Control Panel? I have tried both of these programs, but neither worked. Guitar Hero 3 Control Panel definately came closest, but I kept getting that stupid error where it won't create the music file.

Is there any other programs that will let me put songs into Guitar Hero 3 for PC?
