Pretty self explanatory. I have a crazy sensitive gag reflex. When I brush my tongue, and can't even get the toothbrush very far past the tip without my gag reflex going. ((however I know practicing that is a good way to desensitize the gag reflex)) But even if I get a coughing fit, that disrupts my gag reflex.
So yeah, are there any tips you guys have for working on the gag reflex?
