How can i bypass the gag reflex when it comes to flaxseed? I'm interested in the health benefits, but it won't do much good if every time i have it. I tried it 2 ways; i mixed it into rice, and into water. I had no trouble mixing it into rice infact it made the rice taste better, but i gagged with the water. I don't eat rice everyday, so are there other ways to take flaxseed that won't bombard my gag reflex?
