The last 4 years of my life have been like hell. I was a teen mom, and I seem to be doing everything right as a single parent. And It's tough. The relationship with my childs father is not very good. Everytime we talk. he degrades me he also has a girlfriend. And since her he has not been seeing his child. He says he doesn't want to see me thats why/ But he doesnt have to he can always go to his moms house. I believe he is just trying to run from being a father.Ive already prepared myself to take care of my child alone but how do I build my self esteem and get back to me and possibly dating. I feel as though I lost myself in all of this mess.
Ways to boost self esteem from having a bad relationship with childs father?
