ive been depressed for about 2 years now.Im at a younger age so i cant really get medication from the doctor without telling my parents how i feel (wich i really have no intentions of doing) but anyway im sick and tired of these feelings and thoughts is there anyway i can ge rid of depression without medication? if there isnt and i must resort to this option what medication would best treat depression?
