Is there anyway out of a contract from t-mobil with out paying the fee.

At work I do not get service. Been having problems with my pearl did send me a new one but still some small problems. Big thing is do not always get my MMS. I know that is not a t-mobil problem. But no service at work sucks. I get nohting at all no bars.

I lke t-mobil just wish I did nt have problems with phone. And If I keep it
then can they switch phones maybe a curve. If I am noot happy wit this phone or is ther no way that that will happen.

Thanks in advance for your time. John

There's no way that I can think of, but I don't work for them so I can't really say. I've threatened taking my business elsewhere in the past and they ended up sending me something better for an upgrade price. What version OS are you running? I'm on .107 and I don't have any problems with my MMS, I have the same phone and same network as you

you should check out tmobiles personal coverage check site and look up your address at work.

http://www.t-mobile.com/coverage/

...because if that shows no service, then you are WAY more likely to get out of a contract without paying the penalty. call in to customer care with that knowladge and you will be in a lot better shape. the other thing you can also do is try talking to a bb tech person, if you haven't already done that, and see if they can trouble shoot your bb...i'm sure you've tried everthing, but they might be able to help.

otherwise, it is not very easy to break contract with any carrier and not have to pay, but it has been done. haha.

either way, good luck....be sure to post if you get everything worked out!!

Actually there are several ways.. 1. if you move to an area that we do NOT have coverage in then you are let out of contract. 2. if you are in the military and sent overseas you are let out 3. if you move out of the contry you are let out. Now you will not be allowed to port your number or you will be charged. But you CAN get out of contract. IN most cases they will not verify details, especially if you are in the military and say your being deported. Just keep em talking and youll be fine. Theyll let you out no problem. lol

Anything else let me know
