Watering Eyes are Making Me Miserable!! Please Help!!

I am in desperate need of some effective allergy eye drops!! I am 36 and it has never been like this before. It is getting to where I cannot even do anything outdoors, even in the city. I started getting seasonal allergies in my twenties...with minor symptoms (sneezing mostly). But this year, my eyes have gone crazy!! It is like a monsoon in my eyeballs whenever I go outside. It has ruined several occasions for me. This is WHILE on allegra (recently switched from zyrtec after that pooped out years after taking it), zyrtec eyedrops and nasacort. This is ridiculous. Any suggestions??
