...Acura RSX Type-S? Water wen't inside of my engine through my air intake what do I do? I have an 2002 Acura RSX Type-S.

It went in my oil so I got an oil change, however what else can I do? Engine flush?
It runs but not as well as it should.
 
If it's running normal, you got lucky - if not, a condition called hydro lock may have done some serious engine damage.
 
The oil change should be sufficient. Any residual water should burn out the pcv valve. Might even steam clean your upper engine for you. You didn't say if it is running our not.
