I have sailing, kayaking school today, BUT I have my period, it isn´t heavy because it is the first day but still. I am not allowed to use tampons just sanitary pads. My mom told me to wear sanitary pads and wear shorts so you can´t tell I have them on but that isn´t going to work. If I fall of the boat/kayak I would have to swim and that will stain the water, right ? And yesterday for example they told us to go swimming, I don´t want to sit there and do nothing..
What should I do ?
