The concentration of dissolved Ca^2+ ions in a water sample is 3.44 x 10^-3 M. If we conider that all the Ca^2+ ions originated from dissolved CaCO3, what is the ppm concentration of CaCO3 in the water sample?

=============

If I multiplied 3.44 x 10^-3 M by a million or divided by a million would that be correct? Im just not sure that some of the formulas that I have come across need more detail than what this question provides....
