I was recently on a biology camp where we were testing the salinity of ocean water. We did an experiment using lead nitrate and a yellow chemical, I cant remember what it was. The results I have is 154.452 and 118.215 (for two different tests). This level of salt is way too high. Does anybody know how to calculate, using these figures, what the salinty levels of the water would be ?
