Water Pump 97 Honda Accord?

I am planning on changing the water pump on a 97 Honda Accord LX. I am not an expert by any means but have done plenty of other work to my car. Is this a job I should attempt or leave it to a pro? I heard you have to mess with the timing and it has to be perfect when you put it back on.
