Water leak in 2000 Dodge neon, both passenger and driver side floor board flooded w/

water? My dodge neon has flooded about 3 times with water on passenger and driver floor boards in the back side of the car. I have no idea what could be causing this. It rains a lot where I live and every time it rains for days my car is flooded. I have a sunroof but it's completely dry. No leaks anywhere else in the car but the back floor boards. Can anyone help me?
 
I have a 2002 dodge neon. Every time it rains my rear floor boards also flood. I know what it is, and I've just never gotten it fixed. Open your trunk, see the rubber-ish seal along the inside closest to your rear windshield? Check the seal for gaps.

Does your trunk smell like wet dog too? Try checking underneath the cover over your spare tire in your trunk, is it wet there too?

When it rains, water comes in through that seal on my car, leaks into the interior of my car, runs down the sides of the seats next to the back doors, and pools on the floor.
