Water in bicycle forks how do i get it out ?

Hi there I have a mongoose tyax super with SR Suntour XCR RL 100mm forks they have water in well at least i think, they squelch every time they go up and down. This has only been happening after I got caught up in a storm on a long cycle since then after i clean them soon as they go up and down their muddy again!!! Any help please Thanks
