I just replaced my water pump and water is not flowing through the motor. I took the thermostat off and it seems to be working fine. but still have no solution

How do you know its not running through the motor, can you see through the block, no its impossible so whats the problem? Overheating or something else? Get back to me cause i need a better explanation or unless you can give me a good reason on how you know the water isnt running thru the system. You would have to have a blockage which wouldnt let water circulate which would lead to overheating so is that your problem? If it is and you verify ill fix your issue.

chryslers radiators are made of plastic and aluminum if you ran only water in your system it will carrode everything and clogg the ports in your radiator i just went threw the same thing with my v-6 engine water pump thermostate and finaly a new radiator i also replace the radiator ca now the truck runs cool again remember make sure you have atleast a 50/50 mix of water and anti freeze in the systen and no more than 70 percent anti freeze 30 percent water is the most amount u can run in the system for optimum cooling performance dont use straight anti-freeze good luck
