Water Damage Tungsten T5 - Screen faint

I recently dropped my T5 into the bath tub! Yes disaster!!! However I fished it straight out, and although it would not work at all for several days, it has not returned to (almost) perfect working order, but only almost!!

There are just two problems that I can am aware of. Firstly the WiFi card no longer seems to be recognised, but I can live with that. However the more serious is that the display is very faint. Its readable, but only just. Is there anythiing I can do?

Put it under a hair dryer on "low" power and see if you can get rid of any remaining moisture which is probably the cause of the faint screen.

You could also - since it's not covered anyway - pull the screws and then run it under the hair dryer?

I tried that back at the time it happened (a couple of months ago), and that recovered it from a position of not working at all to where I'm at now. I would guess its fully dried out after this length of time. Any other ideas anybody? Thanks! A
