Watch Rogers Cable TV online?

I need to watch something on the Rogers Local TV channel (channel 10 and 63 in Toronto), but I just recently moved out of Toronto. Does anyone know a way to watch this online? I checked with Rogers to see about Rogers OnDemand but it's not available there.

There was one site with witch you could access programming that was used by military personal that were deployed. Oddly enough they (The Man) blocked the site. You said you already tried the on-demand from you cable provider. If that is not the case then call the cable company in your area and you can subscribe to the TV but you their internet service will probably come with customers perks that allow you access to some type of on-line channels. Make sure to ask them about before signing up...
