wat r the best subjects 2 write about when writing a memoir?

I have 2 write a memoir for my english class. we have 2 have at least five topics 2 write about. we r basically telling aout ourselves. does any1 know any topics that r easy/ better 2 write about.
Examples: reflect on your name, your neighborhood, etc...
i would really like help quick... its due in a week.

Well, I would write about a fun, exciting, dangerous, Or tense experience that you've had, and make it exciting.
