A 21-year-old Nevada man was arrested near the University of Washington in Seattle in a stolen pickup truck filled with weapons, body armor and suspected explosive devices. Chief John Vinson of the university police said Thursday that the man was driving a stolen truck out of Montana and had with him a scoped rifle, a shotgun and fewer than 10 Molotov cocktails. “We’re trying to rule out everything at this point,” he said. The man was booked into the King County Jail.
