Was this ok today diet/exercise wise?

breakfast: hot green tea

Two hours exercise (cardio/strength)

Lunch: hot green tea

Dinner: salad w/ soy chicken nuggets (no meat, I'm a vegetarian) with hot green tea
AND Jillian Michael's yoga dvd plus some ab workouts

I'm drinking green tea again now.

It helps you burn calories right?
I am a lacto ovo vegetarian (I eat eggs/dairy) although I hate the taste of eggs. I usually only consume eggs when I eat a muffin or ice cream on the rare 6 month occasion.
No honey I'm not anorexic. Why so SERIOUS?!
