i bourght a lg kf700 phone off ebay second hand on o2as soon as i got it i got the unlocking code for it as i didnt have the original sim i put an orange sim in it and it worked straight away the same with a vodafone sin was it already unlocked??

i had to put the unlicking code in myself and every time i tried it said "phone is not personalised" and it also had "sim lock" options aswell in the menu
and the previous owner had moved to france with the phone and had bourght it in the uk but said it was on o2
