I am 39 will be 40 in April, I had a period in Nov and then missed one in Dec due to stress, well I started a couple of days ago and at 4:30 am this morning I woke up to go to the bathroom, when I crawled back in bed I got VERY VERY hot all the sudden and sick feeling, I turned the AC on and opened the window (it was about 10 degrees outside) after about 10-15 minutes I felt better and fell back asleep. Could this have been my first hot flash? Can you get hot flashes while on your period?
