Ok, so im having trouble with my sidekick, i posted a question about it, and i tried calling t-mobile's customer service and they told me that the reason my phone is not alerting me when i get a text message right away is because thats just how the phone is built, that i had to set up the 2 minute alert reminder, now was she just being a jackass or is that really true, i didnt believe her for a second there, but i dont know. Let me know what it really is!!!
Was the the t-mobile lady just being a jackass?
