Recently independent, conservative and fringe groups have questioned the legitimacy of president Obama's citizenship. The argument is that proof of his birth is questionable or non-existent, therefore he does not have a right to be president. Free speech allows for the questioning of any and all information and is an undeniable right. However, is the birther debate a veiled attempt at saying "Go back to Africa?"
