Was Stephanie McMahon a good GM?

I was only about 13 at the time and had just started watching RAW and SD a little before No Mercy 2003
 
She might not be the best GM ever but She's the Hottest ever yes for both raw and SD she was good.
 
stephanie was good but ethe best rick bis made monday night raw everybody hated him but when he left we saw how sucky raw can become cough semus wwe champion
 
hell yeah but the best was eric bischoff especially when they had their little rivalry and that's something that wwe needs to do again have different gm that can actually do something for the company not like stupid vicky and have their rivalrys too see what is the best show
 
Alot of people may not agree with me but I loved Stephanie Mcmahon as the GM. I personally (though I know it wont happen) would like to see Shane as the GM now.
 
Yeah sure and she's kind of hot too. Did you see that episode where she and Tripple-H got married? She was unconscious and tripple-H just did his thang. I've always envisioned my wedding like that.
