A statement sworn by an OPI tactical intelligence support officer says Ms Reynolds, who had an army background, would address staff meetings in terms such as:
o "I'm the manager and what I say f . . king goes. You're either with me or not. And if you're not, I'll f . . king performance manage you out of the f . . king organisation.
o "I know I'll be going over to IBAC but none of you will, because you are all f . . king ****.
o "I have a mandate from the deputy director and I've been put in charge to whip you into shape."
