Was Obama ever in US military experience to face with North Korea nuclear threat?

US president is commander in chief of United States. Therefore any US president have military experience except Bill Clinton who was rated one of the lowest foreign policy in US history.
Maybe North Korea seems to know Obama is fragile in nuclear threat.
 
Obama never served in the military in his life. At least not the U.S. military. I think he doesn't care for our troops. the new health care bill will make our troops pay for their own injuries. Fuck you Obama for ruining our country!
