i just made two chicken breasts..i basically boiled them in red wine and chicken stock..
when i cut it open, everything was white, and the juices ran clear..
but i had checked it with a thermometer, and it only read at around 100 degrees..
but if there was no pink in the chicken, and no red juices..was it cooked enough? or should i expect to get sick? cause im playing hockey in a few hours, and i don't feel like puking on the ice..
