Was "Fish & Chips" a parody from Bill Nye or another show?

I distinctly remember a parody of CHiPS (the motorcycle cop show) on PBS. Im sure it was Bill Nye but I can't find clips of it. All I remember was that it was called Fish & Chips and the Ponch character would frustratingly say, "No, IM Fish, HES Chips!"

Does ANYONE remember this? And what was it from?
What I do know is that it was not a whole show. It was only a brief segment whenever it was on
