Was Dr Linus Nelson the personal adviser to the late president of Ivory

Coast? Who is Stella Nelson? Fraud? I get these mails from some impostor claiming to be a Stella Nelson, a daughter of the late Dr Linus Nelson's (who was murdered in cold blood with his wife one morning). The 'late' Dr. Linus Nelson, the impostor continues, was a personal adviser to the late president Robert Guei.

Please provide me the necessary information. Will ask more questions in due course
