Was Collins system assembled correctly ? I bought some IKEA chairs. They came with

assembly instructions. For? example there were four bolts, and these needed to be tightened in a particular sequence. Was Collins submarine system like this ? Was the system OK as delivered, just needing to be assembled as per instructions ?
