It really wouldn't have mattered much, but considering he was the ranking Democrat on the Financial Services Committee, and he blamed Bush for the whole mess.
I purposely didn't provide a source to get some Liberal reactions. If you provide them with a valid source, they just go onto the next question.
 
what does Bush have to do with the federal reserve chairman CREATING ARTIFICIAL INTEREST RATES?

a wise choice would be to know our current monetary system BEFORE asking a question about economics.

He never takes responsibility for anything he does wrong, he always points to anyone else but himself.

For all of you who are demanding links, I saw videos news clips of Barney Frank saying exactly what the questioner is asking. Many months ago.
