Warrant over no seatbelt and background check?

I got a ticket for no seatbelt back in June which I forgot to pay. I was moving and it slipped my mind, that was a mistake on my part. I was pulled over a few weeks back and arrested because I had a warrant out for my arrest. I made bail and have a court date in January. I'm curious if that warrant for the no seatbelt and the pending case could cause me to fail a background check.
